Procedure
Our process is simple and efficient: once your order is packed and ready to go, we inform our trusted carriers, who then take over the journey of your package. This smooth transition from our warehouse to the carrier means your items are always in good hands. Delivery by parcel service will always be carried out as soon as possible and without prior contact. Larger items will be delivered by a cooperating carrier.
When your order reaches its destination, we offer convenient curbside delivery. This means the package will be delivered to the first accessible area for the vehicle, making it easier for you to receive. Whether it's your home driveway or the front of your office building, we aim to make the delivery process as hassle-free as possible. Just be ready to greet your package at the curbside.
If you require additional services such as home delivery, assembly or disposal of an old piece of furniture, these can be requested by prior arrangement and will incur a surcharge, depending on the region.
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to check the package and sign the Proof of Delivery (POD). This is your moment to ensure everything is in perfect condition. If you notice anything amiss or if the package seems tampered with, make sure to note it on the POD. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and this step helps us maintain our commitment to delivering quality service. If any defects or damages are detected during assembly, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Delivery Cost and Times
Typically, our delivery takes only a few days, ensuring that every item reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify an exact delivery date in advance. You can expect a call from our carrier before delivery to keep you updated and ensure you're ready to receive your parcel. Small items delivered by a parcel delivery service will be delivered without prior notice. If you are not at home, the parcel company will leave a name card with the phone number, allowing you to arrange a suitable date for redelivery. All deliveries across Poland are free.
Services
We're happy to offer a range of additional services to enhance your shopping experience, such as delivery to the room of your choice, assembly or disposal of old furniture. These services depend on your location and the type of product. You can explore these options on the product page and during the checkout process. Please keep in mind, however, that the availability of certain services may vary depending on your location.
One of our special offerings is the assembly service, which is separate from our regular delivery service. You can easily add this service at checkout. The cost for home delivery and assembly varies, as it depends on factors like your location, how easy it is to access your location, and the specific products you’ve chosen.
We collaborate closely with our local logistics partners to determine these costs and ensure you receive the best service possible. It's important to note that our assembly service does not include certain tasks like installing bathtubs, bathroom cabinets, water mattresses, and electrical products. Also, mounting items to walls and ceilings is not an option we offer.
In case the selected services cannot be performed - whether it's the assembly, disposal of old boxes or anything else you've selected during the checkout process, you'll know about it beforehand, as our Customer Service will reach out to you and let you know. You'll also be refunded the full amount paid for these additional services.

Shopping with us just got easier as we're excited to introduce our new delivery option with DHL and GLS Parcel Points. Whether you're busy at work, away on a trip, or simply prefer the convenience of picking up your parcel, this choice is designed to fit your lifestyle. Just like our standard delivery, this service is completely free of charge as we’re all about making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. You can choose between many of DHL POP (Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, etc.), DHL POP BOX and GLS Parcel Points locations - whichever suits you the most.
Collection by the Customer & Other Inquiries
